Sustainable investing that’s all about you

Your motivation may be to be mindful of your impact when investing and to align your values with your investments to avoid companies that do not match your values and increase your investments with companies that do.

Most of my clients want to weed out companies that contribute to environmental damage and the climate crisis; they also proactively want to invest in companies that believe business is a force for good.

Hence, sustainable investment solutions focus on the inclusion of businesses that strongly support the UN SDGs (United Nations Sustainable Development Goals) and solve global challenges around climate change, biodiversity, energy, and resources, to name a few. Both conventional and sustainable investment choices are offered. You make an informed choice based on your preferences (sustainable or not), with guidance provided as needed. I also have the Certificate in ESG Investing, which is supported by the UN PRI (Principles for Responsible Investing).

As the terminology can be confusing, I made a video about the various labels used with sustainable investing, which might be helpful to watch.

Please note that the value of your investments can go down as well as up, so you could get back less than you invested.
